This tutorial will walk you through the steps to get started with the creation of a promotion.  There will be links at the bottom of this page to lead you to various specifics within the promotion aspects.


To create a promotion that is needed to operate the Social Flash KIOSK or MOBILE app, login to the admin panel using your user credentials at: admin.socialflashmedia.com


From the dashboard, click on the tab across the top labeled "Promotions".


The list of available promotions will be displayed.  You can edit any existing promotion by clicking on the pencil (edit) icon next to a promotion.  You can also copy an existing promotion by clicking on the "copy" icon next to any existing promotion.  This will place the new cloned promotion on the top of your list to be edited.


To create a new promotion, click on the "+ Create" button on the top of the list.


When creating a new Promotion, you will first give your promotion a title and click "create":


This will open up the tabbed entry page for all promotion settings, including uploading all graphics and entering your sharing & social media content for the promotion.  Below is a screenshot of what this looks like, depending on your Plan/Package level and available features:



Make your selections and fill out the fields to customize your promotion accordingly.  The tabs on the left hand side of the window are in order of the general flow of events.  When you are finished, click on the promotion tab title "Booths" on the left side of the screen to assign your promotion to  particular (or set of) KIOSKs or MOBILE devices:
