To access any and all photos that were taken (regardless of being sent to a customer) you will:


1. Log into the Social Flash admin panel from any web browser.  

2. Click on the "Photos" tab on top menu bar.  



This will show you all of the photos taken with any device you have our app installed on.  The photo list is organized by most recent photo at the front of the list and each photo will show which Mobile Device or Kiosk it was taken with and a time/date stamp.  


From this view, you can:

  • Filter the photo list to reduce the photos to a select Mobile or Kiosk list

  • Click any photo to enlarge the view (click off of the photo to close)

  • Right click on any photo to "Save" the image to your computer
  • Tap/Hold with most mobile devices to bring up the "Save Image"  (note: newer iPhones require an upward swipe after photo is enlarged to prompt the Save option)
  • Refresh this list by clicking on the refresh icon located next to the Prev/Next buttons to show any new photos since last refresh
  • Page back in time to see/retrieve images as needed
