PLEASE NOTE: THE REPORTING ENGINE HAS BEEN MOVED FROM THE ADMIN PANEL OVER TO THE PORTAL TOOL. ANALYTICS IN THE DEPRECATED ADMIN PANEL REPORTS TAB ARE NO LONGER SUPPORTED AND NOT ACCURATE. USE THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO ACCESS THE NEW PORTAL REPORTS PAGE.
ACCESSING YOUR REPORTS
You can view analytics reports from within your PORTAL account. Reports are filterable by selecting a particular date range and can be based on a single promotion, single device (mobile or kiosk), or company wide.
1. Log in to Portal with the same user credentials you use for the Admin Panel. Portal will automatically load to your Master Photo Gallery showing.
2. Click on the menu icon located on the top left corner of the page and click on "Report". Easily switch between the company "Overview" or by "Booth" breakdown using the tabs under the report title. The by "Booth" report page are then expandable by device to see more
3. The report is defaulted to the last 7 days, or the "Week in Review".
4. To filter your report, click on the date range or the filter icon on the upper right corner of the page. Make your changes to the filter and click on "Apply" to see your affected report.
