If you are wanting to download a large number of photos from a full day/week of activity, the best way to do this would be to use the batch photo zip download process. To do this, follow the instructions below:
1. From within your admin panel account, click on the "Promotions" tab.
2. Select the Promotion that the photos were taken with. Navigate and click on the "Photo Download" tab. note: the photo download tab will only show if there have been photos taken with the promotion you have open.
3. Refine the date/time to narrow the specific photos you would like to download. The number f photos within the selected range will show above the date picker, to know how many photos you will be downloading. When ready, click on the "Download" button. This will immediately start your download of a zip file containing your photos. note: This is only possible on a desktop computer as most mobile devices will not download/handle a zip file.
Be aware that large photo count downloads may fail due to long download server timeouts. If this happens, filter the number of photos to download in increments below 1,000 as a rule of thumb.
