This Professional Plan level feature allows you to easily select photos and directly post them to one or multiple Facebook Fan Pages that you are Admin on, allowing you to define an existing Album Name to post into and Comment.  Before starting this process, it is best to log into your Facebook Page and verify or create an Album for the photos to be posted to.  Remember this Album title for later steps.

To get started:

1. You must authenticate your Facebook Fan Page within your Admin Account before you are able to post photos within our Photo Share Portal.  Log into your Admin Account at https://admin.socialflashmedia.com/

2. Navigate to the 'Account' Tab....

3. Select the Facebook Tab to begin linking your authorized Facebook Fan Page(s), but do not click on the "Login with Facebook button at this step.

4. In the same browser, open another tab.  Go to Facebook.com and login as your page's administrator.

5. Now, Log out of Facebook.  This step was needed to ENSURE you are logged out of Facebook officially.

6. Return to the SFM Admin Panel and click on the Login with Facebook button.  You should see a pop-up dialog window to log in to Facebook, similar to this:

7. After you log in to Facebook, you will have to confirm which account to continue as, and allow access permissions to manage your Pages on the following screens.  Do not change the default settings in the Mange your Pages step to ensure the proper permissions settings that are required.  If you have previously authenticated the SFM Page Post Facebook app, one or both of these boxes may not be displayed.

8.  After clicking 'OK' on the manage pages window, your Authorized Pages will now display as the sample shown below... All of your managed pages will show in this list, but you can delete any non-related pages at any time.  Your authenticated Facebook Fan Pages are now ready to select from within the Photo Share Portal.

9.  Login to the Photo Sharing Portal at https://portal.socialflashmedia.com using your admin panel credentials.  Next, click on the Aperture Circle in the upper right hand corner to enable your Admin Tools and unlock the slide-out panel with your password.  You'll want to turn off any admin tools when finished, if using this computer as a public share station.

10. If the FB sharing is still grayed out, please logout of the Photo Sharing Portal and log back into again.  Logout is located in the main menu on the upper left of the page OR on the lower right corner of the Admin slide-out.

11. Close the slide-out tools/filter panel and select the photos you want to post to your Facebook Fan Page(s). Click on the Facebook button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next step.

12.The next screen shows your selected photos.  Choose your Facebook page(s), enter your message and enter an EXISTING album name to post... Note: because you can only post photos into an existing Facebook album, be sure to title the album EXACTLY the same as it already exists or it will not post.

13.  Click on the Post button when you are done.

That's it!  You are all finished with the post.  Remember to turn admin tools off if you are using the same computer for customer sharing of photos as you do not want them to be able to post and download photos, only share their photos to themselves.

PLEASE NOTE: When using the Share PORTAL to post photos to your business Facebook page, you may need to adjust your Facebook notifications to limit the number of notifications you receive on your account.  More about how this is done can be found HERE.
