With a solid internet connection, your photos almost always upload rapidly to our servers and are then sent out to your customers within minutes.  In the rare event there is an internet or iOS issue, our software automatically manages the retries for you!  Just keep the Social Flash MOBILE app open and move it nearer to your wireless, cellular or hotspot access point to ensure connectivity...

It is normal to see the 'unsent photos / unsent shares' message alternate along the header bar of the app for a short period of time after you have taken/shared photos.

While the app software is managing the initial uploading and retries, it will report the number of Unsent Photos and/or Unsent Shares across the top of the app header...

Unsent Photos – Photos that have been queued by our software to be sent, but have not yet been sent or received an acknowledgement of delivery (usually due to WiFi issues or temporary iOS background activity). Our software will automatically retry every 30-60 minutes to send. (30 minutes in version 2.4 or higher) No action is required on your part to clear out the Unsent Photos queue. Just keep the Social Flash MOBILE software open and move it nearer your wireless, cellular or hotspot access point...

Unsent Shares - Your iPad has not yet sent the email or text information corresponding to the share, to our server (usually due to WiFi issues or temporary iOS background activity). Our software will retry every 30-60 minutes to send. (30 minutes in version 2.4 or higher) No action is required on your part to clear out the Unsent Shares queue. Just keep the Social Flash MOBILE software open and move it nearer your wireless, cellular or hotspot access point...

PRO TIP: To limit sending delays, we suggest enabling the “Keep awake” feature in the settings of the app.  This will keep the device and MOBILE app awake (until you exit the app manually) and rely on the iOS background upload thread less for uploading the photos/shares.

All undeleted photos that have been sent to our servers can always be accessed and shared via text or email on the Social Flash Media Portal with your admin login.
