On the rare occasion that the Social Flash MOBILE app is not working correctly, we’ve built in a lifeline to get the issue resolved.  If you’ve tried basic trouble shooting (keep Social Flash MOBILE app open, move closer to wireless source, confirm internet access by opening Safari browser), it’s time to get the pro’s at Social Flash Media involved.


  1. In the Social Flash MOBILE app, touch on the three blue lines in the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Touch the word “Settings” in the menu.
  3. On the Settings page, touch “Submit Problem” in the Support section.
  4. In the “Describe what’s going on” box, give us as much detail as you can to help us troubleshoot.
  5. Touch “OK” when you’re done.  This sends your message and the troubleshooting logs to our support team.  We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.  Please call us if it is urgent.
